Shipment & Delivery Policy

Orders within India

 
Orders are processed within 10 working days of receiving a notification and shipped via courier for FREE.
 
“Duration” does not include shipping time, shipping in India requires another 4-5 days once the order has been dispatched from THE ABAYAS.
 
Cash on delivery accepted (no extra charge).
 
A tracking number will be received by the customer after the order has been shipped from our side.
 

International Orders

 
Your location is no barrier, we deliver worldwide.
 
Orders are processed within 10 working days of receiving a payment.
NO CASH ON DELIVERY AVAILABLE.
 
“Duration” does not include shipping time, shipping internationally requires another 3-7 days (depending on destination) once the order has been dispatched from THE ABAYAS.
 
The ETA for receiving any order internationally is 10-17 days (depending on custom clearance procedures).
 
A tracking number will be received by the customer after the order has been shipped from our side.
 
 

Shipping Costs

FREE delivery across all cities in India. For international deliveries, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order.
 
Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4-5 days

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10-17 days. 

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 10-12 business days of confirmation of order. We operate Monday – Saturday during standard business hours (10am – 10pm), except on Sunday and national holidays during which THE ABAYAS will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time only before the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us through our email care@theabayas.in so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
 

Import Duties & Taxes

Please note that THE ABAYAS is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes on international orders. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
